You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that refunds are not available for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. Your access to the CRM application will continue until the end of the paid period, after which it will be terminated.
Refunds are not applicable for subscription-based services. However, if you experience issues with our CRM application that significantly hinder its intended use, we will work to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, we may offer compensation in the form of service credits for future use.
For software development services, refunds are not provided once the development process has begun. If a project is canceled by the client before completion, partial refunds may be granted based on the stage of development and the work already completed.
